Upper Norton Jersey Cream Ltd is a specialist cream dairy, run by the Young family for three generations. The company has been established since 1959 when the dairy was part of the working farm on the Over Norton Estate, near Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. The estates own Jersey milk was used to produce the dairy products and hence the company name. 

Family run with a personal touch ensuring an exceptional quality for products and service.

 
We still supply our original clients from the early days who have come to appreciate and trust the brand. We look after our customers on an individual basis as many of our employees are family members and have a direct interest in the company’s image and product quality. Our cream is sourced by some of the leading manufactures and restaurants within the UK.

The dairy produces added value products for both the retail and trade using authenticated Jersey milk collected and produced under the farm assured scheme. We have full traceability with our farmers and their herds which produce our exceptionally buttercup yellow Jersey milk. 

All our products are made using traditional methods with the care and understanding you can expect from a family business. All our creams are totally natural with no added ingredients and available for both UK and Export. 

The company produces a range of cream based dairy products from luxury clotted cream, double, whipping and single creams. We also produce our own farmhouse butter using our double cream and cultured products such as crème fraiche, soured cream and a Greek style yogurt.
